Balance Café is a business with both fitness and food at the ‘heart’ of its operations.  Located within the Ringwood ‘Genesis Fitness Club’, next to Rebel Sport, this new café has recently opened with a focus on providing satisfying and well-balanced food for club patrons and the surrounding community.  The proprietors have created a warm, spacious setting for all to enjoy!

Currently operating six days a week, Balance Café offers contemporary and nutritional breakfasts – including protein shakes or a cooked feast, as well as a tempting lunch menu.  The café also provides hot and cold beverages, including snacks for those wanting to increase their energy levels before or after a workout.
